Getting to Know Your Property
We’ll meet at your home, take a quick look around, and ask you some questions about your home so that we can find the best comps for your property. After we’ve done our homework, we’ll come back with a market analysis, listing paperwork, and more literature about the process of selling your home.
9 times out of 10 a home isn’t quite market ready when we meet with our clients. We’ll either call in a stager or recommend changes ourselves to make your home picture perfect. Once the staging has been completed, we’ll have your home professionally photographed to showcase your home as best as possible online. Online photos are what bring buyers to your home!
We’re ready to go on the market! We will change the status of your listing to “active” in the MLS, and if everything goes according to plan, agents will start showing your home. We will keep you posted about any feedback we receive from agents as they show the property, and present offers to you as they come in.
Once we have accepted an offer, we will guide you through the contingencies of the contract. This typically includes negotiating the home inspection, preparing a market analysis to provide for the appraiser, and many other details!
We coordinate all the details that go into concluding a smooth transaction! Once all the papers are signed, time to celebrate!
