Suzy French

Suzy has always had a passion for real estate, and began her career with Long & Foster in 2002. As a resident of Northern Virginia for over 30 years, she is an expert in our area and extremely knowledgeable about our market. She has served hundreds of clients and is recognized as a top producer in the Sterling office each year.

Kate Baird

Kate is a Northern Virginia native, and has been interested in homes and real estate since childhood. She and Suzy used to go look at model homes for fun on the weekends (just add milkshakes to make it the perfect day!) When Suzy got her real estate license, Kate attended her open houses and often designed her brochures. She went on to study architecture in college, and but after graduating decided to flex her entreprenuerial muscles and pursue working for herself as a web designer. Four years later, Kate and Suzy decided that it was the right time for the two of them to form a team. Their complementary skills make them a great fit, and they’ve loved working together ever since.
